The world and the evil herein can be overwhelming. We can be overwhelmed by all the bad things that we see happening in the world, in our homes, in our families or in our neighborhoods. We can feel stuck in waves of grief, pain, sorrow or hurt and wonder; why does all this have to happen, what God would allow these bad things to happen or how do I keep going in the face of all the bad and evil in the world? These are all good questions, and questions that aren’t easy to answer or understand sometimes. Below you will find some resources to help you answer those questions. While you seek to answer the question of “Why do bad things happen”, remember that God loves you unconditionally. God is not small, and He will not be overwhelmed by the anger or frustration you feel, and He is not too big that your feelings are insignificant to Him.
